Great video blog Dr. Weil. I completely agree and am always encouraging my clients to invest in their health with proper nutrition and natural supplements. Fish and Krill Oil are absolutely essential!
What about something like this for people that don't want to each fish products? It's from an algae.
Do you think it is as effective (or effective at all)?

What about getting omega-3's from flaxseed and/or chia seeds? Is this as efficient as fish oil?
I have forwarded this to a relative who is pregnant and suffers from ADHD. I am sure that it will fall on deaf ears, but I hope that she listens and starts changing her diet to be more healthful. At least she stopped smoking, drinking, and doing recreational drugs. Maybe this kid will have a chance at being the best possible. Thanks, Dr. Weil!
Completely agree about essential need to maintain quality intake of natural oils.
Not so sure about direct link to ADHD, violence and murder rates. If peopple, groups and communities have behaviourble problems, they are likely to be missing more than just enough oil in their diet (they probably consume a lot of refined sugar for example).
I'm a hugh fan of Dr. Weil. He's a beacon of motivation for most of us.
